Metaqua Introduction
Metaqua Development, Program Structure & Course Content.
Session 2
Metaqua Demonstration
This is our turn to demonstrate for you the Metaqua 10 Level 1.
Session 3
Teachers Swim
Your turn, we get in the pool with you for a metaqua swim. This is an exercise learning session, not a full on workout.
Session 4
2nd Metaqua Demonstration
2nd Metaqua demonstration. Introduction of students. This session we will introduce the students to the metaqua 10 level 1.
Session 5
Students Swim
Students turn, we will get into the water with the children and teach them the Metaqua 10. Teachers stay poolside.
Session 6
Teachers Swim
We stay poolside while you swim. This session we will set each individual a starting program and make sure you have a good feeling for the Metaqua program
